South Shore Golf Course is set amid rolling hills on Staten Island just 20 minutes from New York City and 10 minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike There are three public golf courses to choose from on Staten Island.Silver Lake and Latorette are the other two.
Staten Island’s public transportation is operated by the MTA and consists of the Staten Island Railroad and several bus lines. Ride the subway line that goes to one side of the borough. It is also above ground which is a totally unique experience! You can use your MetroCard on the bus and train.
