Staten Island University Hospital Northwell Health’s new Women & Newborn Center to Benefit from Opening Weekend

 

Super Fan to Receive VIP Treatment for Grand Opening Celebration     

 The Container Store, the nation’s original and leading retailer of storage and organization products, will open in Staten Island on Saturday,October 28th at Staten Island Mall, adding 54 jobs to the local community.  The retailer’s 90th location nationwide and sixth location in New York. 

 

 The Grand Opening Weekend festivities are Saturday, October 7th and Sunday, October 28 at the Staten Island Mall! Store hours are Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 

The Container Store will donate 10 percent of Grand Opening weekend sales from our Staten Island store to Staten Island University Hospital Northwell Health benefitting the new Women & Newborn Center. The new Women & Newborn Center will feature an expanded 20 bassinette neonatal intensive care unit, a new labor and delivery unit, and a postpartum suite–all designed to increase comfort and healing.
