In 1928, Ralph Silvestro established his Italian Ice business, and a reputation for making the best Italian Ices in New York. Ralph’s original location in the Port Richmond area of Staten Island is still owned and operated by his three grandsons - Larry, John, and Mike. With over 150 flavors, you can still get the quality ices that Grandpa Silvestro started making almost a century ago.
